2 Days safari to Queen Elizabeth National Park is suitable for people that work in and around Kampala or Entebbe but want to spend the two-days/ weekend out in queen Elizabeth national park. This is the second largest national park in Uganda with several crater lakes around it and a spectacular boat cruise on a Kazinga channel that has so many things to see like elephants, buffalos and so many water birds.
Our guide picks you from your location at 6am and start the journey masaka, Mbarara towns and tea plantations of Bushenyi highlands with the magnificent views of the rift valley to the Mweya peninsular where you have the boat ride on the Kazinga channel which takes you up to L. George. This boat ride is strictly for 2 hours; on your return you check in at Mweya lodge after you can opt for an evening game drive. Overnight at Mweya lodge.
Early morning game drive in plains of Kasenyi to search for what we call “Kasenyi specials” that include lions, leopards, Kobs, water bucks hyenas, buffalos and other animals.
